As a compassionate and experienced therapist, Sam specialises in helping individuals heal from the complex effects of trauma, addiction, and long-standing emotional distress.
She has been a Hypnotherapist for 19 years, and trained in EMDR in 2019, bringing deep therapeutic experience and a calm, grounded approach to her work.
